Today I want to talk about the best thing I tried in Florida so far. It was a little change in my nutrition called Quinoa.
I don't know what it is, I just know that you make some and eat it. Some people use it as a substitute for cereal in the morning. I make mine with crab cakes. Yes, I am a sinner. I buy frozen crab cakes, stick them in the oven and make them in a bed of spinach or a bed of quinoa.
Love this particular food item. Try it. I hear it is good for you.
